World's tallest modular high-rise hotel at time of completion (17 storeys). Completed September 2019, demonstrating our capability in large-scale modular design & construction.
Perth, WA • 211 Beds • Opening mid-2025
Student accommodation complex in the heart of Perth CBD, involving conversion of the Rendezvous Hotel into dedicated student rooms and support spaces.
Perth CBD, WA • Retail, Hotel, PBSA • Approved
Director led the acquisition, project team establishment and visioning of this major mixed use precinct. The project is one of the biggest retail sites in Perth CBD, and includes a 22 storey hotel, 35 storey PBSA tower, and four storey retail and F&B podium.
Sydney, NSW • 227 Key Luxury Hotel • Under Construction
Director led the negotiation and acquisition of this world-class and iconic development project under a development partnership with Lendlease, which will involve the first Waldorf Astoria hotel in Australia. The 26 storey hotel will have unparalleled views over Sydney Harbour, including the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Project forms part of the One Circular Quay precinct and includes a food, beverage and retail precinct named OCQ Sydney.
Perth, WA • Office & Retail • Redevelopment
Director led the acquisition, visioning and delivery of the redevelopment of 190 St Georges Terrace, Perth, into a landmark repositioning of a boutique A-grade office. The award-winning project included the creation of a major F&B venue, Copia, in addition to a flagship RM Williams store on St George's Terrace.
Queensland • Five Star Island Resort • Head Lease
Director led the negotiation and acquisition of the head lease of Lizard Island, which is one of the premier luxury island resorts on the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland. Lizard Island was leased at the time of acquisition to a major resort operator.
Margaret River Region, WA • Luxury Lodge • Operational Asset
Director led the negotiation and acquisition of Cape Lodge and adjoining land in the South-West of Western Australia. Set over 35 hectares including surrounding vienyards, Cape Lodge featured 22 rooms and a five bedroom residence alongside a Restaurant overlooking a main central lake.
